Synergy ISG SVO team members synchronize with the client's time zone and work schedule.

Our OSDC employees are available via phone, e-mail, VOIP, video conference or instant messenger, depending on the client�s preference.

Synergy ISG developed the Synchronous Virtual Office (SVO) model for engagements that require intensive client communications and continuous presence of the delivery team during the clients� business hours. Whether it is the core hours window that needs to be accommodated, or the entire business day, the Synergy ISG project teams will synchronize with the client�s time zone to ensure their continuous presence. Our consultants assigned to the SVO engagements work the same hours as the clients� teams and are continuously available via the phone, e-mail, instant messenger, VOIP or video conference. Synergy ISG SVO teams function as if they were located in the office next to the client�s team.

In order to bring our SVO teams even closer to the client and allow for the face-to-face communication with our team members, Synergy ISG offers video collaboration as a part of our Synchronous Virtual Office model. As a result, our project teams are available for the daily stand-up meetings as if they were working side-by-side with the clients� teams. In addition, Synergy ISG is fully equipped to deliver a phase or even the entire project with the ongoing video collaboration throughout the entire engagement. With the video collaboration equipment continuously running at both the client site and our OSDC, we bridge the international gap and bring the teams together into a single virtual office where both teams are working side-by-side and everyone is available for the face-to-face interaction. This results in the highest level of collaboration and the most synergetic partnership between the clients� employees and Synergy ISG project teams.
